Level 3 lockdown thoughts and feelings

Frustration, fear and friction...

This lock down seems to be throwing up a lot more resistance and emotion. I formally believe it is important to vent your feelings in a constructive way so you can come back to an even keel, enabling us to focus on with the task at hand... Keeping ourselves and loved ones safe and secure.

So release, reflect and redirect your feelings...be it to yourself, through journaling, physical activity, reach out to a good friend or family member.

And above all remember to be kind...We will get through this as long as we drop our baggage and attitudes at the door.
