Q - Who designs and creates your jewellery?
A - Timmy Smith is our jewellery designer and creator.

Q - What metals are used to create your jewellery?
A - Our Silver jewellery is Sterling silver and our Gold jewellery is 24k micro-plated.
Q - Will the gold tarnish?
A - No, the gold will not tarnish overtime. We have thoroughly tested the longevity of the gold.
Q - How long will my commission piece take to be made?
A - Once you have sent us your material you would like in your commission piece, it will take between 3-7 working days to complete.

Tea:
Q - Are your teas organic?
A - All of our teas here at TIMMY SMITH are certified organic.
Q - Where do you source your tea from?
A - We source our Black Teas from the the Darjeeling region, Green Teas from
China and our Herbal Teas are sourced from a number of places to ensure we have the freshest teas possible for our customers. For more info, please email hellotimmysmith@gmail.com.
Q - What teas should pregnant women avoid?
A - Anything with Hibiscus in it. Hibiscus is great for women's menstrual health but can bring on early labour.

Q - How much caffeine is in your teas?
A - Please see the tea product description for caffeine levels.

Q - Where are your teawares from?
A - Timmy is apart of an international co-op, she stocks artists from all of over the world. For information on a specific product, please email hellotimmysmith@gmail.com.

Q - How do you gift wrap/package items?
A - Here at TIMMY SMITH we believe in minimising our plastic use that is why we try our very best to ensure all of our packaging is recyclable.
We take the upmost care and concern whilst preparing and packaging your purchases. All orders come ready to gift to yourself or to others.
