Refund policy
Exchanges:
We offer an exchange on non-faulty jewellery and accessory items only, unless otherwise stated on the product page. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase date.
We do not offer exchanges for loose-leaf tea, sparkling Pause for Tea or teawares.
We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver’s end and return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Returns:
We can not accept returns on any loose-leaf tea or sparkling Pause for Tea unless faulty.
We can not accept any returns of TIMMY SMITH jewellery, teawares or accessories unless the item is faulty.
There are no returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene standards.
There are no returns or refunds on Pounamu due to its cultural significance.
To request a return or exchange, please email orders@timmysmith.co.nz with your order number in the subject line. We will then confirm whether or not your request meets our returns/exchange policy and inform you of next steps.
